WHAT IS SCAR CAMOUFLAGE?

 

​There are two main types of scar camouflage:

 

Inkless Method (Scar/Stretch Mark Therapy):

This natural approach uses dry-needling/microneedling to stimulate collagen and elastin production, improving cellular turnover and reducing the appearance of scars and stretch marks.  No pigment is added.  A blend of serums, natural oils, and vitamins is used to enhance the process. This method is suitable for almost all scars and stretch marks, regardless of color (red, purple, or white), even deeper ones. Clients may see a 20% reduction in stretch marks after a single session, with multiple sessions yielding better results.

 

Ink Method (Scar & Stretch Mark Camouflage Micropigmentation/Brazilian Scar/Stretch Mark Camouflage):

This technique uses medical tattooing to camouflage scars with flesh-toned pigments.  A special color-blending technique mimics the natural skin tone variations, making the scar less noticeable by blending it with the surrounding skin.  This method doesn't remove the scar but improves its appearance by matching its color to the surrounding skin.  It's effective on scars from surgery, injuries, burns, birthmarks, and other skin imperfections, including those from facial plastic surgery, breast surgery, tummy tucks, BBLs, and accidents.  The treatment addresses both hypopigmentation (loss of pigment) and hyperpigmentation (darkening of pigment).
